Terms and Conditions
Delivery
Each of our artworks and framed photography is printed to order. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Please include a contact telephone number with your order for our drivers in case of a query during delivery.
Descriptions
The descriptions on this web site are accurate and up-to-date to the best of our knowledge. We include images of products on our site to help you with your selection. Slight variations, for example, in colour, should be expected, especially as some of our artworks are reproduced from original paintings. All measurements and weights are approximate.
Prices
All prices, including delivery, are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include VAT. Delivery prices are for UK addresses. Delivery outside of the UK will incur an additional charge. All prices subject to change.
Damaged goods
When your order is delivered please ensure you check all goods carefully before you sign for them. We cannot be responsible for replacing damaged goods if both thatcanvas and the courier are not advised of damage on receipt.
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your artwork. We only sell pieces we are happy to have in our own home. But if for some reason you want to return a product we will be happy to refund or exchange it under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations, provided it is in a fully resaleable condition, and we are notified by email within seven working days of its receipt. Returns should be made within a reasonable time and in the original packaging.
If a product is not returned to us in fully resaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Please contact us by email at info@thatcanvas.co.uk to cancel an order or to request a return address. We will aim to accept cancellation of any order prior to dispatch.
As we are a small company we are unable to cover return postage fees.

Data Protection
All information provided to thatcanvas will be kept confidential. Any information collected will be protected, whenever and wherever possible, by security procedures in the storage and disclosure of that information, in order to prevent unauthorised access, as required by the Data Protection Acts 1994 and 1998.
thatcanvas will not sell, rent, or give out any personal information collected via email, online forms or payments to third parties and will be treated as strictly confidential.
General
We will not be liable to you for any breach of our agreement or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. ie. acts of God, civil commotion, riots, floods, drought, fire, legislation. Our agreements will be governed by English law.
